Alcohol’s Secret Side Effect: How to Avoid Becoming Energetically Forgettable
Ever walk into a party or crowded room feeling like a knockoff version of yourself — nervous, invisible, and instinctively reaching for a drink to “loosen up”? What if you could permanently delete that pattern and instead step in as the human equivalent of a Rolex: rare, timeless, and instantly magnetic?
In this powerhouse episode of The Jillian Greyse Show, I hand you the #1 frequency upgrade that has transformed my private clients into the most sought-after people in any room — no alcohol, no faking, no crash the next day.
If you’ve ever wondered why certain people (the ones everyone remembers, orbits around, and wants to know) pull opportunities, connections, and admiration effortlessly while you feel overlooked… it’s not charisma classes or better small talk. It’s frequency mastery.
We’re talking the scientifically proven 7–14 inch electromagnetic field around your body that broadcasts your vibe louder than your outfit, words, or résumé ever could. And the fastest way to trash that field? Altering your state with substances the second you feel uncomfortable.
Inside this episode:
- Why even “just a couple drinks” instantly drops you from luxury → Walmart status (and attracts connections who forget you the moment you leave)
- The hidden science of crowd energy: how walking into a room of nervous people hijacks your vibe unless you know this one safeguard
- Your exact 3-step frequency protocol to stay high-vibe & authentic in any social setting:
1. Pre-entry breath reset – wipe the energetic slate clean in seconds
2. Instant grounding roots – feel your feet anchor into the earth (works eyes-open mid-conversation)
3. Heart-beacon activation – open your chest and radiate the lighthouse energy that pulls the right people straight to you
- Post-gathering recovery blueprint: free meditations, nature resets, and living-food hacks to bounce back fast if you slip
- The 2025 authenticity advantage: in the age of AI, fake confidence is obsolete — your untouched, sober frequency is the ultimate irreplaceable asset
This isn’t theory. It’s the exact playbook quietly used by rising stars, top executives, and social magnets worldwide.

Hello, and welcome to this episode of the Jillian Greyse Show. On this episode, I'm going to teach you how to take one of the most important factors of your frequency and shift it so that you can feel more like a luxury brand to anyone who's around you. And I'm going to go into specifics about that. But this is something I love to teach everyone that I work with because it really can shift you from one level of understanding about yourself, about the marketing of being a human on this planet, about why some people are drawn to others like a magnet. And we've all seen this. We've even seen this in Hollywood where you'll get this star that just rises to stardom and you can't quite figure out what they feel that draws people towards them. But what is happening is they've learned how to take their frequency and they've learned how to shift it and treat it like it was a luxury. And once you have that information, there is no turning back. It becomes a lot easier to be the magnetic person at the party. It becomes a lot easier to get the job that you want, to get the situation of a connection in a relationship that you're dreaming of, to get someone to come up to you and ask you for your phone number so you can have a date and you can start building your life. Whatever it is that you are desiring, when you create your frequency to be a luxury and a platform and you put it out there in that way, you shift the landscape on what you bring towards you. You shift the ability for you to bring into your life all of the things that you know you're worthy of just by you understanding the flow. So there are a few different ways that are really like the masters of how you can shift into this frequency and away from the other ones. I am going to be working with you to understand one of the most important ones that I think in society and in social settings is one of the most difficult ones for people to really grasp. And that is alcohol usage or altering your state of consciousness. So I'm going to really be explaining to you throughout this episode how attracting or being what you want to other people is going to be directly affected by the way your frame of mind is present. Because your frame of mind is your frequency. Your frame of mind gives you the emotion that becomes that luxury brand feel. And if you're able to control that, and I teach so many people how to, then you then step into a frame of existence where you are the commodity. You are in control. You are able to position your presence to be something that is desired in any social circle or professional circle that you find yourself in. I chose this topic for the holidays in specific. And it's not just a holiday thing. However, there is always an increase of drinking around holiday parties, around get togethers with family, around any of those festivities that we engage in during certain times of year. And end of the year tends to be one of those. But this is something you want to apply throughout the entire year in any setting that you are placed in. And when we are in situations that make us uncomfortable, so we have that feeling of being uncomfortable, we have that emotion of being uncomfortable, we do what we learned from our previous generation in order to calm down, which means we alter our state. And we don't do it with that ability to control it. We do it immediately and we do it in a way that's artificial. And we try to make that artificial state our actual state, which doesn't work. So what I mean by that is when you're trying to portray someone who is confident, someone who is easy to talk to, somebody who's fun, and you know within you exist those qualities, but you get nervous. So the overarching quality that starts to become predominant when you're in large environments is being nervous or you're not very confident. Then instead of working to release that overarching emotion that ends up taking over your field when you're in large rooms or around big crowds, you use an outside substance to change the frequency that you're feeling. So you can behave in certain ways and do certain things that are actually not in line with your frequency. You haven't learned to stand in them independently yet. And when you do that, you cheapen your brand. I want you to think of a luxury brand, something, whatever it is, it's most likely not that different from the knockoffs. However, it positions itself in a way where it is refined, it positions itself in a way where there are no corners cut. It stands on its own with its true power or its ability or how it's able to be manufactured. It uses the most highest quality materials and the unmatched perfection that you long for. Therefore, it makes you feel a certain way in its presence. And that's why luxury brands work. And people who are luxury brand owners or who are the overarching companies of their marketing and their advertising campaigns, they know this loophole. So everything I'm giving you is not new information. It's just usually applied in our communities and in our culture to physical items that you can own, that you can touch, that you can wear, that you can see, that you can feel. So this is not a new understanding. The positioning of how you position a frequency of something, which is the way it solicits other people to feel or think, causes it to almost create an independent understanding or frequency or respect of its own. So if you take a brand like let's say Rolex, it puts itself in a timeless elegance. It creates and makes itself and manufactures itself in ways that make sure that it is top-notch, that it is well cared for, that it is well respected, that it is reliable. It puts itself in a category of its own based on its own treatment and how it is comprised. Now, you also are a frequency, just like a product. I mean, obviously, there's a lot more to a human frequency. So it's a little bit different to hone that frequency, but it's not difficult to hone that frequency once you understand what you're doing. And the human frequency has a feel to it just like an item. It has a brand, it has an energy, it has a feeling it solicits when you're around other people. And that feeling, if it's authentic, is infectious. And what I mean by that is if that feeling is truly you, and we're seeing this all over the place, we're seeing it with people who are huge social media stars, and the only thing that they're doing is truly being themselves or putting their energy into something they're passionate in and allowing that to expand. That is about frequency. And it's so important to understand that it's a lot less about hitting a niche, it's a lot less about saying the exact right things. It's not about how you position yourself, it's the frequency that you hold within. So when you take people and you place them in a room and you have someone who is very sad, and you have someone who is very mad, and you have someone who is very happy, and you have someone who's very filled with love, each one of those people are going to have a different hertz frequency. Now, it is scientifically proven that we have a field of energy or frequency that extends our human body about seven inches to 14 inches, depending all around our body. It's one of the reasons why if you're standing in line somewhere and someone steps too close to you, even if they're behind you, you feel them because their energy or that bubble around them, that's their frequency, interconnects with your frequency. And once that happens, your frequency adjusts to it. So it notices it, it has an awareness of it. So I'm gonna give you a scenario to help you understand this a little bit deeper in terms of the altering of your frequency. Let's say that you are at a party and you deep down in your heart are really this loving, connected, you enjoy being around other people, you like to hear about other individuals, you're a passionate being, but you get really nervous around other people. So you've got all these great qualities, and you've got this one quality, which is that lower frequency quality. And as soon as you're around other people, that lower frequency quality seems to be the one that becomes predominant. We're gonna talk in a minute about why and how to work with that lower frequency quality. But let's say that you don't like that quality so much that you decide that you're gonna try to alter that quality in a way that's not authentic. It's not originating from you, it isn't fixed by you. It's an unauthentic way of being able to pull yourself back into a certain balance or a certain frequency. So you decide you're gonna drink some alcohol, you're gonna get a little bit drunk, maybe just a little bit drunk, not even all the way, just a little bit tipsy, your mind is gonna be a little bit altered, and then that helps you to quote unquote loosen up. As soon as you do that, you take yourself from a luxury brand to a Walmart item because you are faking your authentic feel. And I don't want to say anything mean about Walmart. I apologize. Everybody shops there, you know, it does have great stuff, but there's a difference when you buy a tank top or you buy an article of clothing at Walmart versus when you buy it at a luxury store. We all know that. The way it holds up, the way it feels, the way it looks, the way it sits on your body. Everything about it is different. And what happens when you walk into an environment and you decide you're gonna Walmart down your frequency, you're gonna start to get connections with people that are at that same baseline. So people won't really remember your name. You may be fun, you may be goofy, you may be easy to talk to in those moments, but they're gonna forget what you even look like when you walk away because you aren't you. You are masquerading as something else, as something that you have not yet cultivated. Just like that tank top at Walmart that falls apart as soon as you put it in the wash machine three or four times. That's exactly what happens. You're taking something that wasn't well made, and that's what you're leading with. So it shifts the energy around you. Okay, so now we're gonna pan out for a second and we're gonna talk about that lower frequency quality that became predominant when you walked into a room, what it is, why it's there, and how you can work with it. When humans are called to interact, part of it is opening up, allowing yourself to connect with other people. And when you do that, you feel other people. So when you walk into a room with people who are not very confident or are worried, or everybody is at some point. I mean, we all go through this. We all go through this thought process in our head where we don't feel that we're good enough, or those mean words that we say to ourselves tend to come out even worse when we are interacting with others or we're interacting with people in our life. When that part becomes predominant in those around you, and then you walk into a room where that predominant feeling is there, guess what's gonna happen? You're gonna match that feeling if you aren't balanced enough. You're gonna match that feeling if you're not aware. It's one of the reasons they talk about how you know birds of a feather flock together, so you match the energy of those people that are around you. That's why. You're going to walk into a room. And when you walk into a room open and ready to connect, you can expect that any parts of you that vibrate similar to the people in that room that are not the most highest qualities are going to come out. It becomes a melting pot of people who don't feel confident. And this is why people don't like large crowds. It isn't because they don't like individuals, it isn't because they hate everybody, it isn't because they're not good at dealing with it. It's because they don't understand what happens to your energy when you enter a room with a lot of energy. And humans are energy. We admit fields around our entire bodies. This is not anything new. What tells your heart to beat? It's a frequency. We have an electromagnetic pulse running through each and every one of us independently. So if you take all those electromagnetic pulses and you put them in one space, then you're gonna get a mass conductor of electricity. And when you step into that energy, you're gonna feel it. So how do you work around it? How do you allow yourself to be present in the room with other individuals, but also make sure you safeguard your own frequency so you can keep that authentic luxury brand intact. Well, first is awareness. Knowing that when you enter that room, you're gonna be influenced by outside factors beyond what you can control in that moment. So knowing it separate from you, that's step one. Anything in life that you are about to rise above or that you're about to heal or that you're about to fix, the awareness is key. That's what I tell so many people I work with. The moment it hits your awareness, the moment you say to yourself, oh my God, everyone in my family, they were alcoholics. The moment that hits you is the moment it no longer hides from you. So then it becomes able to be controlled by you. And that's why you can't think of yourself as a victim to it. Because the moment you start to think of yourself as a victim to it, you drop back into that mode where it controls you. So there are so many moving pieces when it comes to the frequency, but it's so easy once you understand them to be able to plug them in. So let's go into that room. You are aware that you are going to start to feel nervous, and it's not necessarily you. It's going to be the energy of everything around you that's in that room, what you do to safeguard it. Well, first you've got to respect the fact that you're energy. So just like someone would be aware that when they get dehydrated, they get a headache. So that's a physical reaction. You have to be aware that when you are around other energy, your energy also gets tripped. Those wires cross. And when you can step out of that to understand, okay, I'm bigger than just a human walking in space. I am an energy that's entering a location that's shifting and expanding in that location. Then before you enter that room, you start to feed the energies that you want to grow. So you take a moment to take a deep breath. The breath always anchors you. Our ancients were so aware that that breath was what they called prana, which was a life force. They knew when they took breaths in different ways, they can alter the frequency around them because they were essentially altering how they took in life. So when you take a deep breath and you take a moment to center that breath and you release it and you quiet your mind, you're wiping the slate clean. You're wiping that energetic field that is trying to find other energies to connect with, and you are creating a baseline. The baseline is just you. As soon as you wash that mind from any thoughts, as soon as you take that breath and you bring yourself into center, you are commanding the frequency around you. I'm in charge. Stop paying attention to everything around you. It is me that is going to be the predominant frequency in your field as you walk forward. So you start to become the control center of that elaborate design that we all are. Then you become acutely aware. And this is where grounding is important. So grounding is a method where you continuously bring yourself back to center. And many people do those in many different ways. Everybody has different grounding techniques depending on what practice you used in order to find that grounding. But a great way to ground is to just continuously anchor your feet. Anchor your feet. So take a visual in your mind of your feet, grow roots from your feet into the core of the earth. You can do this with your eyes wide open, having a conversation just with some practice. So start doing that on a regular basis that's a lower pressure environment so that you can start to visualize bringing those centers all the way down, just bringing that part of you all the way down in the ground, connecting it in. That's your step one. Your step two, when you're in a room full of people, your objective is to connect with them. That's what you're there to do. That's what you want to do. You want them to feel the love or the emotion or the authenticity that's inside of you. All of that sits in your heart. So after you're done with that anchoring in, I want you to picture your chest as this vibrant light that is reaching out almost like a lighthouse across the whole room. Shoulders need to be back. That's why good posture is extremely important. And people who have very commanding presence, they walk into that space with that posture. They're opening that frequency, they're expanding that gate. So expand that gate. Get it out there for everyone to see, like a beacon of light that is calling people towards it. Open that up. Let it be part of you. Let other people feel it. So you're going to anchor your energy down. You're going to open up your heart center. And then you're going to proceed with who you are authentically, which means you're not going to second guess everything you say. You're not going to go over what you're talking about in your mind. Your objective is connection. And you cannot connect with people from an altered faked state of consciousness. That's why people who meet in a bar, and I know there's an exclusive group of people that can say, we met in a bar, it was great. That's wonderful. Normally you weren't that drunk when you met too. Normally you were sort of like the beginning of the night style. But if you're in a room full of individuals that are all drinking, then you're going to find that your connection there isn't strong with anyone after you leave. I also want to pan out for a moment to give you an understanding of when you leave somewhere after you have altered your state, it's not over as soon as you're back to your normal state. People experience this all the time. They will say, okay, I went out to drink last night and now we're two days out and I still don't feel like myself again. I'm still really moody. I still feel really off. That is because you altered your frequency to a point where if you don't do something to help bring it up, it's going to naturally have trouble finding its baseline again. So exactly what you did for that short period of time, just so that you can quote unquote loosen up or you can become a frequency that you're not and try to sell a part of you that isn't real, you altered the trajectory of what your manifestation or what your architecture of the next several days, sometimes weeks, is going to continue like. And what I see all too often is what people will do to remedy that is they'll have another drink. And that's where addiction comes to life. When you start to need something in order to not be your truth, that is a red flag. As soon as something starts to control you and you don't control it, that is when you've altered who you are to a point where that authentic luxury brand is no longer in your production. And I'm going to urge all of you, never cheapen your quality. So if you do find yourself in a situation where you did have more to drink than what you'd like, and you're no longer in that state anymore, and you're still not feeling wonderful, you have to do something that's going to bring you back to center. So whether that is some of the grounding talks that we do on my YouTube channel or some of the releasing talks, I have a lot of meditations on my YouTube channel. I'll put a link to my YouTube channel in this podcast so that you can find it. I have a lot of different meditations to help center yourself back into that space. You can also go for long walks outside in nature. The natural frequency of nature kind of resets you. You can make sure that you drink and feed yourself as much as possible positive things. So have lots of water, lots of fresh water so that you can filter some things through and eat things that are healthy. So foods that don't have preservatives, foods that have a living principle or a living frequency that is then exchanged with you. That will help to enhance your energy again and bring you back to the center of what you are, so that authentic peace can begin to thrive. But it's also important to note that you cannot constantly be in that cycle. You can't always be in the cycle of, okay, I'm going to go out, I'm going to drink, I'm going to party, but then I'll make sure I go for a walk the next day, or I'll make sure that I eat right. That is a very slippery slope because eventually the part of you that isn't the true you is going to become the predominant you. So the part that you keep feeding will be the part that grows and you'll lose your authentic self. And that's the most important piece that you cultivate and need to protect that authentic part of you. And we've been taught to not be that on purpose because your authentic self feels so powerful that if it can't be altered, it can't be controlled. So since we were young, we were force-fed, all these ways of altering our state of consciousness that were designed to actually keep us away from the true self that's within us. And I know that for so many people, that's difficult to understand because you're just thinking you're going out, you're having fun, you're having a great time. This is what everybody did before us. But we're in a time right now where authenticity is going to be what pays. In the age of AI, it's not going to be how you can fake it. It's no longer surface. People have to go within in order to become the piece that actually contributes to still have value. And that's a scary thing. And that's why we've got a lot of people who are really coming up really hard against AI because what are we going to do with people who don't know how to be authentic? Well, we're going to have to show them that they're good enough to become authentic. We're going to have to give them the skills and we're going to have to give them the ability to actually stand in their own true power. Imagine that. So instead of training them to think like everybody else, to use their brain function for the same things as everybody else does, and to believe that only these things were important, only your material things, or how much knowledge that you had, or how much respect you could gain from other people, those are the most important things. And to teach somebody instead, you are the most important. Your contribution means the most. That's a whole different landscape that we are embarking upon. I chatted about this pretty heavily in my previous podcast with the fall of college. So I want to tell everybody out there if you're either headed into college, if you're in college, if you're thinking of doing career change and going back to college, or if you're parenting a college student, take a peek at that podcast because that age is shifting. And being ahead of it, that is going to be well to your advantage and to the advantage of the people that you love. But when you can walk into a room and you can be yourself and your clear self, so you can take your energy, you can balance it, you can bring your frequency down and you can be present. That is a commodity that money cannot buy. And I will guarantee you that you will position yourself to be unforgettable in so many ways. It's also sometimes helpful to have a mission statement almost before you walk into a place. So before you go into a holiday party, to have this granted mission statement so that you put yourself in a frame of mind where what you're doing is designed for a greater peace of self. And I do this quite often. I myself do not drink alcohol. For me, it affects the way I can feel other individuals. And I don't like that interaction. I don't like surface interaction. Many of us spend a huge portion of our youth in that interaction that's very surface level. And I think some of us stay in it even as we grow older, but we always long for something deeper. We can't figure out why. I understood early on that for me it was about connection. And being connected was extremely valuable for who I was and what my intentions were. So when I have a conversation with someone, I want to feel them. I want to learn about them. I genuinely love people. I love their story. I love where they're at. I want to make a contribution to them in some way. And I also want to receive a contribution. Every person you interact with, there's a value to be either added or subtracted, depending on how that energy flows. And for me, I want to make sure I'm a value added in every interaction I have. And I try to seek out the value added from that individual every single time I have a conversation. This is how I have approached public conversations or public interactions for at least a decade or more. It is of great value for me to understand the truth of the frequency of the person that I'm with because that's what I want to be remembered by. That's what I want to know more of. And that's what I want to share with this earth. So when I teach clients of mine to take their brand as a human and to make sure it's luxury and refined, one of the first things I teach them is you have to leave that altered state of consciousness that gives you a fake strength behind because it's not you. And whatever isn't you cheapens you. It cheapens the way you feel. And nobody in this era wants to feel cheap or wants to be cheap in any way. And that's the shift of the entire planet. I mean, when you look at what we expect from our news and our political figures and our celebrity figures, even our doctors and our industries, we are looking for depth. We are looking for connection. We're looking for authenticity. So we're seeing this in the outer world, and it's the exact reflection of the birth that's going on in our inner world. So I want to urge all of you, even if you're going to be in an awkward environment with your family. And I've got, again, a podcast that I talked about with your family interactions, why they trigger you, because most people are like, okay, I just need to get out of here. So I'm just going to drink my way through it. That's all well and good, but you're delaying a process of being able to heal a part of you that's within you that's being held back every single time you don't face it, every single time you don't see it at face value. And we chat about that in that podcast about the family interactions. So if that's something that you're hung up on over these next few weeks or these just in general, the people that you talk to, then take a peek at that podcast because it will definitely help you to put that in perspective too. And that acknowledgement and awareness is key as you move forward into the authentic you. So I want to encourage each and every one of you to instead of fakely feeding your frequency, I want you to authentically give it a boost for whatever span this is for your holiday season, continuing forward into your professional life, into your personal life, into your relationships. I want you to come at all of them with the authentic you. Set your intention before you walk in a room, anchor yourself in, have some checks and balances when you're in that room in order to keep yourself in the frequency that you want and think of yourself as a luxury. Put your shoulders back, let that energy shine through and be you. Okay, now we are gonna go into a guided talk down, like we do at the end of each episode, where I take the opportunity to give you the tools that are necessary to apply everything we talked about in the episode, everything that you are trying to awaken within you that you're trying to understand deeper. I like to give you a transmission towards the end of every single podcast where you can come back to it as often as necessary to keep anchoring in the frequency that we chat about and you can allow it to become alive within you because the more you practice it, the more it becomes a part of your energy field authentically. And you don't have to try. So, in this talk down, we are going to be doing some grounding. At any point during your holiday, you could step away for two minutes, even if you're at a party and you take a quick moment to head to the bathroom, or you take a quick moment to even head out to your car for a minute. You can do this practice to help re anchor and re authenticate your frequency within two minutes. First, I want you to take a deep breath and close your eyes if it feels comfortable. Take one slow deep breath in and then let it out fully. Notice the weight of your body where it meets the floor. Bring your attention to what you can feel right now in your body. Notice the texture beneath your hands. Notice the temperature of the air on your skin. Let this sensation remind you you're here, you're in this moment. Gently scan from the crown of your head down to your toes. Wherever you find tension, soften it. Breathe into it. Let it go. Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw relax. Feel the gravity anchoring you down. Picture roots extending from the soles of your feet deep into the earth. With each exhale, let any stress flow down through these roots. With each inhale, imagine drawing up calm, steady energy. Take one more deep breath in. Now breathe out. And when you're ready, you can open your eyes. Carry this grounded presence with you throughout any event that you're embarking in, not only on the holidays, but as a new you that is entering this next year. You are everything you need. You are everything that everyone is attracted to. Being the authentic you is going to open you up to that even deeper. It's time. Thank you so much for listening. My name is Jillian Grace, and don't forget we drop a new podcast every single Tuesday at 5 a.m. I'm here with you as always, and I'll chat with you soon.
