Hello, and welcome to this episode of Rewrite Reality with Jillian Grace. I'm your host, Jillian Grace, and we are going to be walking through a topic that I think everyone needs to understand a little bit deeper. And that's the masculine and feminine in the infinite dance that goes between those two things. Because we are in a major part of society where that line is being forced to be blurred. And by doing so, we're actually disempowering our true intentions and we are creating people who are broken and struggling emotionally and mentally. And they don't understand the powerful energetics involved in the masculine and feminine and how they go together. So I'm going to educate you on that. I'm going to educate you on what are ancients new. I'm going to educate you on the energetic side of it. So you're not just looking at it as the gender side of it. And as I talk about masculine and feminine, I'm not talking about male and female. I'm talking about the energy of masculine and the energy of feminine. Every single one of us has both within us, but there is a dominant one that each one of us has. And honoring that dominant one rather than trying to push it aside to try to build up the subservient one is the most optimal way for a soul to spend their life working in their energy and understanding what's important to them. So we're going to chat about that. At the end of this episode, of course, as I always do, I'm going to be signing off by giving all of you a transmission of a short guided talk down that can help to awaken some of these frequencies within you so you can direct your energy in the way that you need to. All right, we're ready to go. So in a world that has forgotten the sacred dance between the masculine and feminine energies, we have now reduced creation to performance, passion to transaction, and power to productivity. But beneath the noise lies ancient truth. The feminine births, the masculine builds, and together we shape worlds. Today we're going to reclaim that truth because I'm going to give you knowledge in a way that you're not hearing in the mainstream, in a way that you're not getting from the narrative right now. I'm going to teach you about the energetics of how these two things flow and just how detrimental it is to understand them if you want to thrive and what our society is doing to truly disintegrate the role of the masculine and feminine energy and how that distorts our value so intensely. So I first want to start with that understanding. Masculine energy builds. It takes a frequency and it protects it. And it has action and force and it pushes it forward. It protects it. Feminine energy creates, it nurtures, it initiates the creation. It allows that spark to come to life. It holds the frequency of the magic. It holds the frequency of the capability. It holds the frequency of life. And we often forget that because we're in a world right now that wants to tell the feminine frequency that it needs to become more masculine, and the masculine frequency that it needs to become more feminine. And that couldn't be any further from the truth. Because both sides, the yin and the yang, need each other in order to expand. And I want to explain to you how detrimental that is. When we have an environment where all creation begins with the feminine frequency, which is what our environment is, from an energetic frequency, all life begins at the feminine level. So the feminine frequency birds something, brings it out, shows it to the world. The masculine frequency takes at something, protects it, molds it, allows it to evolve. And we are right now in a society where we are telling women that they need to be more like a man. And I don't mean to specifically say women, because you can have masculine and feminine energy. Everybody has masculine and feminine energy. Each one of us has both within us, but every one of us has one that is more dominant than the other. And you can usually tell this pretty easily when you meet somebody if they carry more masculine or more feminine energy. And it doesn't matter so much what their gender is. However, statistically, it is that women carry more feminine energy and men carry more masculine energy. There are many different situations where you'll have someone who is masculine and carries more feminine energy than the partner that they're with. Or when you have same-sex partnerships, you may have two individuals that are the same gender, but inevitably one carries more feminine energy and one carries more masculine energy. There's a reason for that. It is the magnetism of our energetics. Feminine frequencies are magnetically brought towards and connected to masculine frequencies. So what happens when you tell feminine frequencies that they have to be more masculine in order to be whole? I imagine when you can step out of looking at this as propaganda that's being fed to you by narratives, and you look at it at the as the energetic core of what we truly are made of, you can see it for what it is. You can see that it's a breakdown from what someone's original intention was as a soul. So therefore, they're going to become disjointed or they are going to become fragmented. And what we're dealing with right now with so much mental health are these souls that we have brought into this world and we have given them misinformation and we have made them feel as if they are not good enough based on what they are and whatever intention their frequency holds on to to push forward as their dominant aspects. And then we're looking at them and we're telling them that it's something that's wrong with them. That's very confusing. It's confusing not only for the generations coming up, but even current generations where we're seeing men having to do female roles and women having to do male roles, and it just doesn't work. It's just not fitting the same. Nobody's happy. Now, it's different, and I'm not going to keep saying this over and over again to be politically correct. I'm going to drop it one more time. And then if you've got a problem with how I'm saying it, then this podcast may not be for you. Again, I'm not specifically saying a masculine energy is carried by a man and a feminine energy is carried by a female. In a large portion of the case, that is the situation. So when you are growing throughout life as a girl and everyone around you is telling you, you need to become strong, you need to know how to get a nine to five job, you need to push, you need to strive. And then we can't figure out why that child ends up depressed and that child ends up lost, and that child ends up from what we would consider an outside view as unsuccessful as they grow older, then that is a huge distortion of reality. When you are coming into this world, it's just as valuable to be the one who's going to set the energy up as you are the one that sets the energy free. And I don't understand where people are getting lost in that concept. When you teach someone and everyone in society that they have to be more masculine and they have to be and act like men, and then you can't figure out why relationships aren't working, why people don't want to procreate with one another, and why everyone feels lost, then you have simply missed the science of the energetic frequency of what you truly are. You've gotten that far away from the truth. Because you don't understand that throughout all of history, we know that there are frequencies that work together to expand and frequencies that work together to repel. And the frequencies that work together to expand are masculine and feminine or positive and negative charged frequencies. We know this. We know how to get them to connect. So the distorted value between both the feminine frequency and now what I'm watching happen is the masculine frequency is getting distorted. You know, words like toxic masculinity, words like feminism, that has created this environment that is actually very toxic to our energetic, our spiritual, and our soul growth. And I do understand there's many people out there that will be uncomfortable hearing that. And I'm glad you're uncomfortable because if I trigger you, then that's going to give you the ability to step back and look at your own inadequacies that make you think that you need to be something that you're not, or force others to believe something that they aren't in order to make you feel whole. And I've got a whole podcast about triggers and how they are your thing to work on in order for you to evolve, or you can stay stuck and find that you end up spinning your wheels throughout your entire life. So you can take a peek at that podcast if you'd like. But I am talking to the people out there that are dealing with huge distortions and not understanding where they stand. And I'm telling each one of you that all of us have frequencies that are either masculine and feminine. And the power of those frequencies are very important. And nurturing those dominant frequencies within are the most important thing. So if you're young right now and you're focusing your energy on when you grow up, needing to have a nine to five job, but you really just want to have children, that's okay. Understanding that what your niche is, is something that is okay, acceptable, and necessary is extremely important. And we have reached a point in our society where we want to dumb down the power of connection. Because if you can dumb down the power of the masculine and feminine coming together for creation, then you're ultimately never going to have any powerful creations taking place. So therefore, it'll make it easier for things to stay the same. And I think we're all in this point where we understand that there's a lot in the world that's trying to change. And it's been held back by a lot of previous ideals, and it's been held back by a lot of the narrative and held back by a lot of things that have gone on in society. And the huge push to try to make everybody in almost this asexual frequency has really worked against all of creation, all of our ability to take our planet and our beings to the next level because we're spending copious amounts of time confused about what our roles even are. When our roles are born with us, we feel them almost initially. And when in if we could stick with those and then expand upon them, we're essentially going to be taking our soul's intention and allowing it to evolve. So when we take a situation with masculine and feminine, and we let society distort its value, we become lost. And it is only us that can grab that energy and redirect it to where it needs to go. And I'm here to tell you whatever that intention is that boils in within you, whether it's staying at home and taking care of children, whether it's cooking, whether it's cleaning, whether it's starting a business, whether it's becoming a pilot, whether it's building something, whether it is cleaning and fixing things, it doesn't matter. It's within you and it's necessary for you to evolve for you to explore it. So I want to pan out a little bit further here, and I want to look at this when it comes down to a union. Now we know that the frequency energy that causes attraction or magnetism has to do with the masculine and feminine coming together as one. So when you have two individuals that are everything, they are both masculine and feminine to pure completion, which I've never seen. So let's just pretend that that's actually possible. Then you essentially created an autonomous being that does not need anyone else for anything other than a good friend. And when that happens and you make a connection with somebody who has that autonomous energy, you end up with a lot of friendships and not a lot of romantic connections. There's no need for one another. There's no magnetism between the two. And that's a beautiful thing. But most people that I talk to want that magnetic frequency. They want that interaction. They want to have that part of them that they feel is empty, fulfilled in some way. They want to feel that connection. So I'm talking to those individuals. And when you are a feminine energy who is in a workforce, who is building careers, who is trying to push, to strive to make a paycheck, it is such a distortion from your value that you end up getting lost. And when you get lost, you can't attract the right energy because that's the same energy as the masculine. And you're a feminine energy trying to attract a masculine energy, and there's a struggle to make those frequencies work. The true power is always going to sit in being able to honor what you are, regardless of what society says. And to be masculine and to feel strong and to want to take things and protect them and pull them through into a creation and have a forceful energy about you does not mean that there's something wrong with you. And to want to nurture and to want to create and to want to be in the background of energy, allowing it to take form, that doesn't mean that there's something inherently weak about you either. And that's so important, I think, for today's youth to hear, as well as our current generations, because this has been a long-term attempt to try to break us from what we need in order to remain strong. Now, I'm going to give you a snapshot of the strength between the masculine and feminine and how they both play a role in one another. And I want to do this in a way that has to do with actions that masculine and feminine energy bring to life. But I want you to also understand that this is a frequency. When you bring a creation in, you're bringing in a frequency. The feminine energy is designed to be the one who masks and begins the initiation of that creation. So it's a feminine energy that will say, I want a home. I want everyone to come together and have dinner every single night. The feminine energy thinks that way. The masculine energy says, okay, where are we going to be? Where do we want to live specifically? What house is what structure is going to be there? How many children do we want to have? What is the analytics of what that looks like? And the two of them come together. Now, without the masculine, that doesn't come together in the same way. Yes, it's a struggle. That's why so many people who try to do it by themselves struggle so dramatically because they're working with only one side of the coin. If someone tries to do that without the masculine and you birth all these ideas and you can't find a way to connect it, it's like you're shooting creation out into the universe with no way to funnel it in. And that happens so often where I will talk to people and they'll tell me what they want. They'll tell me, I want kids, I want a house, I want, you know, all of these things. But they don't, they're a feminine frequency, but they're living in a male frequency driven mindset. They want all those things, but then they also want to work. They also want to make sure that they make money and they also want to make sure that they, you know, get job promotions and that they can show that there's some kind of value to themselves. The value isn't in the paycheck, the value is in the frequency. And we're gonna learn that more and more as our society continues to evolve. But that's why that person ends up disjointed, because they're gonna carry all the masculine intentions of what they're told they should want, but truly they hold the feminine frequency of what they truly are. And there is a fragmentation taking place within that individual. So they're not gonna be able to find a masculine energy if they're behaving like masculine energy, but they're very much feminine on the inside with what their intentions are. However, those parts are muted and they can't ever come to fruition because they can't create the creator, they can't find that creation ignition and that energetic flair that brings that to life, because they can't find that energetic counterpart to plug that into to bring it to life, which is the masculine creation. And they can't because they can't find that energetic plug-in to bring that to life, which is someone of the masculine frequencies. So when you really start to look at this energetically, your mind could almost burst because you see it for what it is, and you see it as we have trained a bunch of individuals, ourselves included, to be what we're not, but want what we but want what we've trained ourselves to not be attracted, but be attractive to. And that's where we're dealing with so many issues with relationships and so many crises around people and their identities right now. And I wanted to make sure that I came on to tell all of you it's okay to be in those separate roles, and those separate roles actually have deep energetic meanings, and there's a lot that takes place in the union of that energy that brings that gets brought to life. There's necessities for balance within a situation in order to allow that to breathe, to become what your intention is. And that's exactly what we are seeing right now happen. We are seeing a lot of people that are lost and they don't understand why they are all alone. And it's because they're not looking for the right thing. Now we're gonna look at this for what it is in relationships. When it comes to relationships, there always has to be a masculine frequency and a feminine frequency. And when you have a feminine frequency and that feminine frequency is trained to want to or to focus on being the masculine frequency, then when it's with the masculine frequency, it inevitably doesn't work. Even though the female really wants to be with the masculine frequency. And I'm actually going to break this down a little bit easier because I'm gonna use genders because it can be easier for people to understand exactly what I'm talking about. Let's say a woman really wants to be in a relationship with a man, but she was taught to do everything herself. She was taught to work, she was taught to not need anything but herself. And then the masculine energy is trying to make that attraction, but it appears as though the feminine frequency that they're trying to attract to, so the man that's trying to attract to the female, they can do everything without them. That makes the man feel unnecessary. And if it's unnecessary, it then feels devalued. So how long is it going to stay in that relationship? Not very and there you have a snapshot of the leading cause of divorce: people trying to play out the wrong frequencies on a consistent basis and therefore render themselves unattractive or unattracted to their partner, and then their partner wanders and does other things. Their partner walks away from that union, their partner makes different decisions that then causes the breakdown of the union. When the truth is, if that person was taught at the beginning, you it's okay to be you in your intentional energy, then you have an entire different evolution that takes place. And I'm not saying that men and women have roles where a man needs to be working and a woman needs to stay in the kitchen. That's how we got to this point. We decided that we were going to take the masculine and feminine and we were going to break it down to actions. And that's not how the masculine and feminine gets broken down. Masculine and feminine is a vibration. You have to have the vibration of the one that creates, that initiates that creation, that holds that frequency, that nurtures that frequency. And then you also have to have the frequency of the sacred executor, the one who moves, the one who stabilizes, the one who brings structure and momentum to whatever blueprint is being held by the feminine. And that's why both of them need each other. This isn't dominance, it's devotion, it's not control, it's containment. True masculine energy is the sacred witness and the protector of life unfolding. It holds the line so the feminine can expand. It acts not to conquer, but to serve in a vision of wholeness. And what we have done is we have created this idea that when a man tries to take a woman's ability to create and bring it to life, that they're stealing it from them, that they're devaluing them, that the union is based in what they can take. And this actually stems from the way that we've created sexual relationships to be. Now, the exchange of sexual energy is extremely powerful. Our ancients knew that. That's where we had Tantra come from, where they could understand the union between those two frequencies, how it was channeled appropriate, would then become creation. That's where the kundalini came from. A lot of people that go through major meditative states where there's releases of DMT, they will actually go through an experience of having an orgasm because that energy is the creation of life in expansion. It's the movement of the kundalini, it's the rise of life force energy. And when you are in a union, there is an exchange that's taking place based in creation. Even if you don't create a child, you're creating frequency between the two of you. And the power of that frequency will depend on the synergy between those two energies and how deeply they're able to connect. And when we take relationships and we take sexual encounters and we put them as animalistic and purely based in passion instead of energetic and based in creation and connection, we distort the value between the flow of energy that takes place. And when you distort that value, you end up with a society's understanding of those interactions as just purely based in a fleeing form of ecstasy that doesn't last. And that same frequency is the same frequency that has distorted our masculine and feminine energy and understandings. Because when you are in a sacred union with your partner, you are beyond just being passionate. Passion is natural in a union such as that. And what you're doing together is you're creating a spark, a spark of flight, a spark of power, a spark of intention. And we're taught in this society to waste that intention and to believe that intention is just based in nothing but pleasure. And we're missing out the true pleasure of that connection. And I would invite anyone who is wondering about how to expand on that, to take a look at tantric practices and to look at how our ancients really viewed that union, that expansion and connection between the masculine and the feminine, the giver and the receiver, and the flow of how both of those come together to create one. There is so much power in that connection. You're giving your energy to another. And this is where a lot of that energy starts to become distorted again. In a masculine and feminine connection, the masculine energy is giving the power for the feminine energy to receive and create. It's a circuit. It's again a filled energy frequency that is symbolic of what the union between the masculine and feminine is. But we again in society have dumbed it down to an animalistic behavior based on survival, just like we've done with the masculine and feminine frequencies. We've made them into animalistic behaviors that need to be based in survival instead of energetic nurtures that are based in creation. So I want to plant the seed for all of you to start thinking about those differently and to maybe reevaluate your own relationships and your own roles in those relationships and how you can calibrate that couple on a conscious level to create those energetic dynamics to be more in harmony with another rather than a power struggle because that's what they were designed to be. And you were designed to honor your own feminine or masculine aspects as much as necessary. So to be able to stand in that power and be okay and be open is huge. So great ways to take some energetic inventory between you and your partner is to reflect on what you feel, like what you give each other, which one of you is the one who nurtures, which one of you is the one who's with structure, which one of you is the inspirer, which one of you is the protector? When you look at those just in that simple snapshot, you will know immediately the masculine and feminine vibration that's in your energy field for your relationship. So if you find that you're someone who's about the nurturing and the inspiration in the relationship, then you're going to be the feminine frequency. And if you find that you're someone that's about the structure and the protection, then you're going to be in the masculine end of the frequency. And what energy you receive from each other, you need to honor. So if you are the one who nurtures and inspires, then it's important that you say to your partner, okay, what do I magnetize within you? And this is what you activate within me. That's a great way to start opening up that line of communication to understand that each one of you need each other and that there is something to honor within. And it's okay to have those roles be defined because they're part of energetic balance. They're part of what we are. It's also great in relationships to have like an energetic contract check-in where you have in all relationships, they're vibrational agreements, they're contracts that evolve and they can be renegotiated at any time. At any time, sitting down with your partner, you know, what did we unconsciously agree to in the past, but no longer serves us? So maybe you consciously agreed in the past that you were going to be working and you're going to be a two-income household, but now you're looking at wanting to have children and you're looking at wanting to nurture the growth of the next generation that you're bringing in. And sitting down and having that renegotiation is really important. And then coming to certain agreements, agreements such as you're going to speak your truth, even if it's uncomfortable, and that you're going to honor what's necessary without taking it personally, and come to a common understanding of how you can communicate and also compromise is key. Be more aware of the emotions that you're bringing to a situation to help that energy to flow deeper and to deepen that connection between both sides of that polarity. In looking at your relationship as you need each other, not need necessarily, but together there's a whole, there's a new creation that needs to be nurtured, is a huge way of looking at a relationship rather than I'm an individual, you're an individual, let's come together. Knowing that what brings you together is a magnetic frequency of understanding. And that frequency of understanding, magnetism, extends to the frequency of knowing the masculine and feminine and being able to come together in one. There are so many different blueprints in our past that really talk about the energetic connection between the masculine and feminine and the importance. One of them is the power between Shiva and Shakti. This was like the cosmic blueprint of masculine and feminine energies. It birthed that tantric cosmology where Shiva represents pure consciousness, which is the male principle. Shakti represents dynamic energy, which is the female principle. So we see this all throughout time. We also have the Taoist polarity with the yin and the yang, different aspects between the male and the female, the yin being the feminine, the yang being the masculine. They are a complementary force that have to be generated together in order to expand. And you even see these in the Magdalene mysteries when it comes to the sacred power of sexual and feminine power. Mary Magdalene was referred to in the ancient traditions as the priestess of the womb of mysteries, the embodiment of sacred sexuality, moon wisdom, and divine feminine rights. Her energetic connection with Christ or Jesus was seen as a spiritual. Spiritual anointing. She was transmitting the feminine power as a catalyst to embody the Christ consciousness. This is the sexual union between the energetic exchange, between the physical and the masculine. It's been present in every single theology. If you really break down to it, I'm just giving you a few of the most predominant ones. And you can go off on whatever kind of research level you want in order to find more information about them. Last that was really present was the kundalini. It's the serpent energy that was in the space, the base of the spine, and it was awakened through the sacred union, the sacred union of breath, intention, the male, the female in Tantra, that energy is a gateway to pure consciousness. It is not something that needs to be suppressed, it needs to be honored, channeled, and allowing it to flow. These are all really powerful parts of understanding our truth and what that's energy frequency of the masculine and feminine, not only inside of us in a union, but also being able to express in our outer world and in our relationships needs to look like in order for us to flourish. So I want all of you to understand the depth of this and how powerful it is when you step into that creation, no matter what side you are, and then you choose to move forward. And then having the awareness in your partnership of what role you're in will also help to give you some power and some clarity about your interactions and also honoring both of them equally. Because right now we're in a society where mainly the masculine frequencies are being honored. We're about to see that flip of the coin. A lot of the feminine frequencies are going to be honored and a lot of the masculine frequencies are going to be demonized. And I'm going to encourage all of you to stop that train before it starts because we've did it before. It hasn't worked. There's no reason to flip the coin and do it again. Be more powerful, be more aware, and be more intellectually understanding of what frequency truly is and the power and magnitude that we heal every day. Okay, now we are going to do our guided talk down, which is going to help you to understand the frequencies a little deeper and to integrate them within your field. So I want you to either be in a quiet place if you can, or if you're doing this while driving, you can repeat the words that I am saying to you as I repeat them and allow them to filter through your energy as we step into this connection and we awaken this frequency inside of us and we begin to embody the balance in the dance of the masculine and feminine together. Begin by finding a comfortable place where you can be seated or you can listen without interruption. Inhale slowly and exhale gently. With each breath, allow yourself to soften into presence. Now bring your awareness to the center of your body. This is your energetic core. Right in your solar plexus. Imagine two streams of energy flowing within you. One is soft, fluid, nurturing, it holds space, it listens, it creates. This is your feminine frequency. The other is focused, grounded, activating. It protects, it builds, it moves forward. This is your masculine frequency. Both exist within you. Both are sacred. You may find that one of these lights, one of these strings of frequency is much brighter than the other. Take a moment. Let that deep inner knowing guide you. So you know your truth. Take a deep breath and allow every part of that energy to flow deeper and stronger within you. You're safe to express who you are. As you continue to breathe, allow these two energies to meet. Not in conflict, but in harmony. Let those two cords of light intertwine. Let them dance. Let them spin together as they were always meant to be. Inhale and feel the feminine rise. Exhale and feel the masculine anchor. Now affirm to yourself. I honor the feminine within me.
