Hello and welcome to Right Reality with Jillian Grace. We have an exciting topic this week and we're going to have a little bit different of a format for the show because there was such an overwhelming response to the Gateway Process video that I released out on social media, which was talking about a CIA declassified document from an experiment that was done in 1983 and basically proves the idea of manifestation and the idea of aligning with different frequencies to bring towards you what you want. So, real quick. This experiment was designed to see if, basically, with your thoughts and the way that you felt, you could bend reality so you could change not only what was coming towards you but you could move into different universal frequencies and bring different things towards you. So it was a really profound experiment and I'm going to encourage all of you who are interested to take a quick peek at it. Do a quick Google search. It's available for anybody, obviously, it's right there on the internet.

Speaker 1:

But this topic and everything I teach is so centered around these principles and I think the hardest thing that I come up against and have come up against are people who just don't believe it or they think it's wishful thinking, and I want so much to promote to all of you. This isn't wishful thinking. This is your physiological energy, the frequency of what you are by design, and when you step into that power and it's not even a power when you step into that understanding to know your truth, magic happens. So when you see someone out there who is just excelling in their field and they're doing an amazing job at everything they do I will absolutely guarantee you that they hold the frequency, through their thought, through their actions, through their intentions and through their focus, to be aligned with exactly what they're bringing towards them. And that's what I have been teaching people to do for two decades. So as we move through these questions this week I'm not just going to do the questions and a lot of this podcast has to do with answering viewer questions and answering questions from people that are out in our audience that those questions resonate with a lot of different individuals. So if you do ever find that your question is not the one answered, I'm going to encourage you to listen to the other questions, because the other questions most likely answer your question indirectly. I have them purposely curated to do that.

And another thing on this podcast, as we're growing and evolving, I'm going to be spending a period of time discussing a certain topic, like for today. It's about aligning and understanding that gateway process deeper, and then I'll go into viewer questions. We're going to have more of a mixed format for everybody so that any person who tunes into this can feel like you're personally getting that discussion, you're personally being spoken with and you're being provided the answers that you want to evolve and that you want to also teach and show the people around you. You know I get a lot of parenting questions and a lot of people will ask me what can I do to really help my child be prepared for the future? Because we all know the future is going to be a different landscape than what we're currently looking at with the rise of technology and all of these things that are taking place. And one of the most important things I tell them that they can do is learn these skills, learn how to use the gateway process theory. It's not a theory. It was an actual science. They did the experiment and they received the results. So teach them how to do the law of attraction things that are seen throughout the internet, and I know that there is a lot of teachers out there who don't teach them fully. They don't know all the components, and then it became kind of a buzz term and kind of a trendy topic, so it lost a little bit of its qualities that were important, that made people understand them deeper, because you had a lot of quote unquote teachers enter the field that didn't know the information themselves and then gave you half information and then, when it didn't work the way you wanted to, you thought that it was something that was not realistic and wasn't truthful. But the truth of the matter is everything that I teach you, everything we chat about every single week, is going to be based on science. It's going to be based on ways that you can apply these things to your life and it is going to be based from actual real world experience, which I have had for over two decades.

Speaker 1:

Long before that law of attraction concept was popular, I was teaching people, learning this and really applying these frequencies as we moved along so real quick in the gateway process. What they basically did is they took a group of people and they brought them into a space where they could be in a very relaxed state. They used hemnesync. Now, some of you may know hemnesync because it was very popular about 5-10 years ago, especially in the healing space, in the spiritual space, where you would use certain frequencies and certain sounds to resonate with the brain and it would cause brain coherence. So Hemnesync would basically create, through sound, a flow between your brain chemistry to cause coherence on the left and the right side hemisphere. And what was found in the study that was done by the CIA is that using that type of technology entered the state for the individual who was doing it to be able to access alternative realities and, on top of accessing those alternative realities, also able to learn the frequencies of how to apply the energy or the vibration to what they wanted.

Speaker 1:

Now I want you to kind of digest that for a second, because it's a whole lot of words. Basically, they put people in rooms and they got their brain to be coherent, and we do that through meditation. We do that through a lot of different techniques. So we're going to talk about that as we kind of move through some of the questions for this week and I'm going to give you specific programs. So the cool part of this week is when we answer these questions. We're going to also have exact applications on how to do some of these topics.

Speaker 1:

But before we go into that, what the HEMNISYNC did was align the way your brain patterns would function, and by doing so, people would see different things, they would feel different things, they would feel deeper. They would see alternate frequencies, alternate planes, alternate existence of energy around them, and then they would learn. As soon as they had that emotion or that feeling within them, it became easier to go back to it. So, as we understood that we had the frequency to bring something towards us once we could tap into it, we started to make that energy become much more prevalent in our outer world. So, even when they were out of that state of meditation, they were out of that state of using those frequencies. They were able to focus that energy in a way that caused it to come towards them.

Speaker 1:

And that experiment is a really incredible way to say that what we do on a regular basis is not something that's new agey, it's not something that's wishful thinking, it's not even something spiritual. It's something scientific, and every single one of us, every one of us out there, we know that we are made of energy. You are made of frequency. If you don't know that, that science as well that's something that you can look further into. We have an electrical flow through us and that flow is what we work with on this channel and it's what I teach people to work with and have done so for decades. And I will guarantee you, if you move along these things in the way they're described and through the method that we discuss, you are gonna have great success with the things that you're bringing towards you.

Speaker 1:

The key is all in the rewriting of the program. That's all it's ever been a program that you're putting on every day and you're playing. It's time to rewrite that. Okay, so as we move through these questions, just like I chatted about a moment ago, I am not only going to answer the questions. I'm going to give you the components necessary in order for you to apply the perfect recipe to achieve what you want. And again, this is not hocus pocus. This is the science of how you move frequency and how you get it to flow and bring towards you the things that you want. And my whole book was really centered on this. Speaker 1:

I go through exactly what the different frequencies that hold you back are and how to add different things into your life and different things that you can do on a monthly basis to break up that energy and bring that in. My masterclass, which is coming out in September, gives you a exact program on how to achieve these things. So it's cool to see that science line up with everything that I've been trying so hard to push and tell all of you, because there's nothing that upsets me more than someone who's in their own way, and there's nothing that upsets me more than that is someone who's in their own way, and there's nothing that affects me more than that is someone who's in their own way and they don't know what to do in order to get out of their way. Because it's really simple everybody. And it's just going to become more simple as information continues to come out and more and more of it continues to be exposed.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so this first question comes from Sierra, from Boosman, montana, and Sierra asks I've been trying to manifest financial freedom, but I keep hitting roadblocks. What can I do in order to shift into the money frequency? So we're going to focus on this question in a way where we're going to be decoding and releasing the vibration that Sierra is doing that is causing her to bring certain things towards her. So we're going to handle it through three different methods we're going to work on it through the mind, we're going to work on it through the body and we're going to work on it through the spirit. So we have three aspects at any given time that we need to make sure that we are feeding or we are shifting in order to cause a actual holistic shift in our entire being. So you don't just want to do one thing and think that that is going to be how you get to your end goal, because you will only be feeding one part of yourself and we are more than just a human.

Speaker 1:

I think everyone who listens to this podcast can understand that we're human. We're also the frequency energy that surrounds every one of ourselves. So that's our spirit, our soul, whatever you want to call it, whatever theology you buy into that description is that frequency of light. And we're also a mind. So our mind is capable of so many different things. It is our computer programming. So having a rewrite for all three of those systems that's going to put you on the pathway to success, to bringing towards you what you want in really ultimately changing the frequency of what's happening around you.

Speaker 1:

So, for Sierra, we want to first focus on the energy of your spirit, and the energy of your spirit, or that light that's around every one of your cells, is very magnetic to frequencies. So the first thing I'm going to suggest to you is that you listen to frequency music that is attuned to 888. That is the frequency of abundance. So let me explain that a little bit further. What I mean by that is if somebody is in the mode where they're extremely excited and they feel financially successful, if you bring a hertz frequency counter over to their body and you attach it to them and you measure their hertz frequency, you will find that they are radiating at 888. So that frequency sends the signal to the universe to bring you abundance.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so I want you to digest this. I know for a lot of the viewers this might be something that's new and I want to make sure that I explain it. As lot of the viewers this might be something that's new and I want to make sure that I explain it as clearly as possible, because that's what this podcast is about. It's about giving you the information so that you can get out of your way, so that you can architect your own reality, because that is our right to be able to do that. So the first thing you want to do is add in that 888 hertz frequency that is going to bask your cells, or the frequency of light around your body, in a frequency that will be promoting your thoughts and the things that you're bringing towards you to be in line with abundance.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so we've got our step one, and it's going to be that 888 frequency. You could play it in the background of your day. There's a lot of them on YouTube. Just make sure that you find one that seems like it's more trustworthy. You can put it on while you're working, you can put it on while you're driving, you can put it on while you're sleeping. Just make sure that, as often as possible, you have that frequency rolling in the background, and then we are going to work on the mind. And then we are going to work on the mind. The mind is one of the biggest parts of manifesting and even in the gateway experiment, getting the mind out of the way was key. So being able to change the way you think and make sure you're projecting the right thoughts, that is 101 of being able to manifest, and I don't care.

Speaker 1:

If you're faking it till you make it, it doesn't matter if your outer world is reflecting what your thoughts are telling you. Your outer world, if you're faking it till you make it, it doesn't matter if your outer world is reflecting what your thoughts are telling you. Your outer world if you haven't listened to this podcast long enough is really inconsequential. It's a reflection of what you are already sending out. So if you wanna change it, you don't look at your outer world for validation, because your outer world is your current reflection in reality. So what you want, if you're trying to legitimately make a change, is you want to change the way you're thinking so that outer world changes. So don't wait to see something in front of you. That's validation. That is not what you need to do. You need to be validating that through you, through your intentions, through your thoughts. And if faking it till you make it is the best way you can think of it, then do that. You're not really faking it till you make it. By the way, you're accessing it from the vibrational universe and you're bringing it into light.

Speaker 1:

So what you're going to want to do is look at your thoughts. What part of you is stuck in lack. What part of you is still checking the price of everything? What part of you is still talking about how you don't have enough? What part of you is still hoping for you to get something and you have to wait until you have enough to have it? What part of you is telling you that you don't make enough money, that you can't have the things that you want?

Speaker 1:

In order to get the things you want, you have to quiet that part of your mind, the things you want. You have to quiet that part of your mind. That part is causing a ripple effect of vibration that is blocking you from what you're intending to bring towards you, and that part that we've been ignoring for a very long time has a lot more control than what we think it originally had, and we have a lot more control of it than we originally thought. So taking the reins and taking control is key. So you've got that 888 frequency and then you're going to start policing those thoughts and when you find any thought that would not be associated with an abundant version of yourself, you're going to change it. As a flow ends, you're going to become very, as a flow zens. You're going to become very aware, very intimately connected to the thoughts that come towards you, to the different things that your mind is telling you, and you're going to become the police of whether or not you allow that in or that's gatewayed and sent out.

Speaker 1:

So when you do have a thought that comes in that is something that you don't want to resonate with, then a mantra is a great way of shifting that energy and that's why this process works very well for the mind frequency. So as the thoughts come in and you are saying to yourself I'm not abundant, if you counteract them with something you're grateful with or something that you have gratitude towards, that gratitude, frequency opens you up to receiving. It opens you up to abundance. It automatically omits that energy that's being sent out, that's related to you not having enough and being in lack. So every negative thought, I want you to hit up with an abundant thought. I want you to hit it up with something you're grateful for. Let's say you're not grateful for anything because you're actually in that bad of a frequency state in your mind. Then I want you to just say I am open to all of the abundance that the universe is bringing towards me. That can be that simple. It can just be a simple mantra that you're using on a daily basis that brings that back towards you. That's going to be how you get that part of you, so that aspect of your mind, in line.

Speaker 1:

Last but not least is the body aspect, and the body aspect is going to involve some type of a movement that changes the way the fascia is holding on to a memory. So this is discussed really heavily in the book. The Body Takes the Score. This is another scientific based understanding of the fact that the tissues in the cells in the Body Takes the Score. This is another scientific-based understanding of the fact that the tissues in the cells in our body actually have memory. They actually will imprint different experiences that we've had and it will hold onto it and then later down the road becomes aches and pains and different things that may occur with us physically to cause issues that we then have to address. So when you are working with the body, it's about movement.

Speaker 1:

So you can turn on 888. You could make up a little dance if you want. That's specifically related to bringing abundance in. You can turn on that 888 frequency in the background for music and you can look in the mirror and you can repeat the mantra of being able to bring towards you the financial abundance that you want. You can do different yoga poses that have to do with abundance. Now, abundance and bringing it towards you is all related to a higher chakra center or a higher energy field, so that's higher up in your head. So you want to do any poses that really open up that crown or the very, very, very top of your head. That is going to be your abundance frequency that you want to bring towards you and that abundance energy.

Speaker 1:

So something as simple as the mountain pose. That's a wonderful way of being able to get the body energy aligned with what you need to do in order to bring the frequencies towards you. You can do something like warrior pose. Just make sure that your spine is straight and that your head is directly up. Even if you change your daily posture to make sure that your shoulders are back. That's one of the coolest things. To change that fascia and to really tell that body structure that you're bringing abundance towards you is making your posture better. So if you are standing erect and your head is facing towards the sky all the way up and you have that straight appearance, you are giving off the frequency of abundance and, interestingly enough, if you think of a lot of people in your life that have a lot of success and a lot of abundance, I will guarantee you that they will most likely have good posture because they are signaling to the frequency, universal energy that they are abundant. They're already vibrating at that level of vibration, so therefore they're already taking on that role. So great way, sarah, to start you off on that road to abundance are, for the spirit, that 888 frequency. Then for the body, doing different poses, being aware of your posture, being very connected to how you're walking, how you're portraying yourself, doing different dances, things that solicit movement, but then, on top of soliciting movement, they also can solicit release. All of those things are really great ways to take that energy and put it in the right direction. And then, last but not least, we've got that frequency of the mind policing those thoughts, becoming aware of if you're thinking it, you're projecting it. If you're saying it, you're casting it. So be very aware of your thoughts and the things that you're saying, because those things will absolutely turn into the life that you live and they'll turn into the frequency that you're basking your entire life in. So it is up to you to make changes.

Speaker 1:

This next question is from Tasa, from Austin, texas, and Tasa writes I'm calling in a soulmate, but I keep attracting emotionally unavailable people. What part of my frequency needs recalibration? Okay, so we're gonna handle this from a frequency and we're gonna handle it from the frequency of love and how you call love in. Now, there's two aspects of love. If you want just love and to fall in love with life and healing and miracles, then 528 hertz has been known to be the response frequency to that thing that you want to bring towards you, to that type of energy or that type of thought. If you want relationships in specific though, it is 639 hertz. That's about connection and that's about relationships. So you want to put as much as possible on in the background that frequency of 639. That's going to be huge.

Speaker 1:

And then you're going to follow the exact same principles that I just talked about with abundance. You're going to be looking at your mindset. You're going to be paying attention to what you're currently thinking or your actions that are actually opposite of someone who is open to a relationship. So if you find that you really want a relationship but you're spending every single day inside sitting on the couch, then that's going to be telling the universe a different message, a different story. So you want to do things that you would do if you were in love. If that means going out to dinner by yourself, then that's what you're going to do. If that means going to the movies by yourself, then that's what you're going to do, as long as it doesn't leave you with that feeling of I'm doing this by myself. This is pathetic, which it really shouldn't. It should be more about you getting out and having different experiences that break up your norm, so that you can have a new thing come in. Getting out and doing those things is going to start to shift that frequency that's moving towards you, that's holding you back from the wanting or receiving that partner.

Speaker 1:

You also want to pay clear attention to those thoughts, just like with abundance. You want to make sure that the things that you're thinking about are about oh, I'm so excited my future is. It opens up and I meet the person that I meant to spend the rest of my life with that partner. I can feel them already. They're going to have love. They're going to be connected to doing the things that I enjoy doing. They're going to be there for me, all of the things that you want in a partner. I want you to become crystal clear on and I want you to be aware that your thoughts have to also be resonating that Now there's a lot of things you can do from a physical standpoint to open yourself for a partner.

Speaker 1:

A lot of different exercises. Of course, I'm going to go back to yoga, because yoga was the OG of moving the fascia. Everybody Our ancients knew that. They knew that if you could move that tissue, that you were actually opening up gateways that were far deeper and far more expansive than the movement of tissue just to feel relaxed or be stretched out. They knew exactly how to play with that field of energy. We got lost in a lot of the theologies that came after that that really started to push different concepts and tried to make people fearful of being the leaders in their own spiritual development. So we're getting back to that now, which is really exciting.

Speaker 1:

But there's, of course, a lot of yoga poses that will help to open you up their heart opening poses. So even the warrior one pose, like I mentioned before, if your chest is open and facing, that's going to be huge to opening and expanding, to love the fish pose if you go into that pose, you make sure that you're expanding that chest. Anything that's expanding your chest is going to be bringing towards you, from a physical standpoint, the energy that's necessary in order to open up that field. There's also specific types of dancing. Salsa is one of them. They open up those gateways. They open up the pathways within your frequency to really bring love and open that up. So if you do have something available, some lessons that you can take, even some things you could watch for home videos that move the body in the way that salsa moves the body, you're going to be opening up that frequency within you with a very little effort. So those are all great physical things that you can do to open up towards bringing a love or partner towards you.

Speaker 1:

So I want you to focus in on that 639 hertz frequency to be your background theme moving forward. That is going to bask those energy that sells all of the vibration within you in the exact vibration that you want to bring towards you. And then I want you to pay close attention to what you're saying, pay close attention to that whole idea of a partner, and I also want you to have awareness that you attract what you are not what you want. So if you want a partner who's loyal and extremely powerful and happy and loving, then you need to make sure that you are those things as well, because as you embody those things, you become those things, and as you become those things, you draw those things towards.

Speaker 1:

You See how simple this is. It's simple and difficult at the same time. I often say to clients that I work with personally it's so simple that you almost feel dumb doing it, because it's like this can't possibly work, but it does. So I can tell you from the thousands of people that I worked with and there are people that I still do private sessions with and I still offer private sessions with where they will give me information about what they're struggling with, and I will give them the hertz frequency they need to listen to and I will give them different vibrational things that are necessary for them to move out of it. This is not a gift. It's a gift to know the information, but it's the information that we were always designed to have. So once you have it, you really can't let it go and it, honestly, is that simple.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so those are going to be the techniques that you move from the mind, the body and your spiritual energy, and that will help to align you and bring you that much closer to the energy of bringing your love in. One of the most important things, though, when it comes to bringing love in, is you have to be feeling love, and that's what happens too often with people. If they aren't in a relationship and they really want one, they will go into this deep depression of feeling unloved, and they don't understand that that will actually push away or push against what they're trying to draw towards them. So try really hard to stay out of that Again. Fake it till you make it, because you're not really faking it, you're actually sending out the vibration that you want, so you're creating it and just allowing yourself to take the time to let that creation come to life while you're experiencing and feeling those frequencies. That is how you change that reality. That's how you change that reality. That's how you change that focus.

Speaker 1:

Okay, this last question comes from Jade, from Eureka Springs, arkansas, and Jade asks is there a way to use any type of protection on my energy? Each day, I find that I deal with chronic fatigue syndrome, and how do I use some of these principles you're talking about to shift my cellular vibration so it's less susceptible to the things that I feel uncomfortable with. Okay, jade, so this applies in the same way that some of the other things we talked about applies to the energy. You've got to handle it through the mind, the body and the spirit, and when it comes to chronic fatigue or when it comes to feeling like you're exhausted and you're tired, you're trying to facilitate change and renewal in your energy field, and chances are you've allowed yourself to have experiences with people and have relationships with people where a lot of that life force, energy within you gets taken and not returned. So step one is going to be to become very aware of your relationships currently and making sure that you are reciprocally receiving what you're giving out, and I talk about this in deeper detail in Vibrational Architects Handbook. I talk about how you have to receive if you're giving, or else eventually you will run dry and you will deal with something that sort of forces you to have to take the reins back and take care of yourself better.

Speaker 1:

Chronic fatigue syndrome is one of those things that occurs when you are allowing people to take too often and you are not receiving back or allowing yourself to receive. So you want to become very aware of that give and receive flow. You want to take a look at your relationships. You want to take a look at the work that you're doing. You want to take a look at the interactions that you're having and you want to make sure that if you're giving in some way you're receiving back. It doesn't have to be from that individual, it can be from you.

Speaker 1:

So if you're spending the afternoon taking care of other people, then you need to spend an afternoon taking care of yourself, doing the things that you would love getting a massage, being able to go into a self-love or a self-healing state without guilt. So, whatever it takes to refill your glass, you have to start doing that on a more regular basis and that's how you're going to handle that on a more regular basis and that's how you're going to handle that energy that's flowing through you from a physical standpoint. So that's how you deal with the physical frequency of it, the mental frequency. And so we've got the body. So the body is going to be active things that you're doing to make sure you're refilling your energy. And now we've got the mind. So the mind is going to be about what you're allowing yourself to think and what you're allowing yourself to give to other people as your personal thoughts.

Speaker 1:

So when people are coming to you and they need help and they need something from you, being able to say no without guilt is a huge way to shut off that chronic fatigue frequency. Learning that your own sovereignty and the importance of caring for yourself is extremely important, especially when it comes to an illness like chronic fatigue. This is normally something that comes through in the body after a very long standing amount of denying yourself emotionally what you need. So you want to make sure that you're giving of denying yourself emotionally what you need. So you want to make sure that you're giving that to yourself and you want to make sure that you're releasing guilt, because guilt is the same thing as control, and I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but this is in my book. I talk about this so extensively because I've seen it so often over the past two decades working with people. I've seen it consistently.

Speaker 1:

When you are experiencing guilt, it's actually because the other individual or society's values are trying to control your actions. And when you allow guilt to become the reason you're doing something, you're actually draining yourself and you're not even giving the person who you think you are any kind of positive frequency, because that guilt is such a low vibration that they're not even benefiting much from your presence. So the first thing you really want to take a peek at are what interactions are you having out of guilt? What thoughts are coming through that are guilt based? And you want to start releasing that guilt. You want to start saying, okay, I am just as important as being present for these individuals. I need to make sure I take the time out for myself to even do something as simple as listening to the music that you love, being able to take a breath, shut your mind off, go into that state of relaxation and just let yourself refill with positive energy, positive thoughts. Meditation works really good for chronic fatigue syndrome sufferers, because when you go into that meditative state and you tune out the other states that are drawing away from you, you can rejuvenate your own frequency.

You also want to make sure that you are releasing the energy from other people, and I often will teach this to clients of mine in a way that's more methodical and visual, because when people visualize something, they tend to accept it and understand it deeper. So I will teach my clients to actually cut cords with individuals they spoke to through throughout the afternoon or people in their life they know are kind of pulling energy from them as a way to protect their own sovereignty and to keep their energy intact. So you want to take a look at those things. You want to look at cord cutting. You want to look at releasing that guilt. You want to look at making sure that you're receiving as much as you're giving and that there's an even balance between those two things. That is going to be the beginning and the most important core of starting to heal yourself and getting on that road to recovery.

Last but not least, a way to facilitate change and renewal is actually the frequency 417. So some people will think that they're healing so they'll go for like 432 or they'll go for 528 hertz. Really, 417 hertz is where that facility of change and trying to actually make a difference begins to reach a point where it's able to actually renew within your body. So I would put on 417 hertz and I would let that energy run through me and I would let that energy be part of my daily practice when I was waking up and getting ready and really starting to start my day. If you're finding that guilt and fear are kind of the drivers of a lot of those emotional things that you're struggling with, which you may, then I actually would do 396 hertz, because that's how you liberate from guilt and fear, so I would put that on. I would maybe alternate between those two 396 for half the day or for the morning, and then 417 for the afternoon, or I would sleep to 396 and then during the day, in the background, I'd run 417.

And what I mean by run? You can go to YouTube, you can type in music at this frequency and you can get long, long tracks that run for hours. This is nothing new. It's just understanding why those tracks exist on YouTube instead of just passing them over. Because it's more about public knowledge or public informant, knowing people in the collective. This is what this does. Having that information is actually what it's more about. That's why it's there. That's why the person who originally created it created it, I guarantee you, because they knew that certain hertz frequencies healed certain aspects of the body. So taking a peek at those two frequencies are going to be huge.
